The USPS had a "2009 Mail-Use Stamps Packet" available for the 2009 series which I just found a few days ago, I cant find it now. did it end just 2 days before I was going to buy it?
Edit If they don't have it you can email Donna and she may be able to find it for you. I know several people who have went through her, she is great to work with
tomiseksj, very close but that is the mail-use packet plus the album. they had a version with just those stamps and no album at a much cheaper price.
Kirks,I believe their mail-use is equivalent to (MNH) in the collectors section there are a lot of FDC, and canceled sheets. I believe this "mail-Use" is to keep a collector from buying what he thinks are used vs unused.
if this counts as used to you? I mean I can use them to mail a letter later if I decide to dump my collection later when we all have to learn Chinese...
