Eat ya heart out BeeSee
You cannot have it.
(Nor can I 'cause it's not mine )

BeeSee Vicki seems to have grown a moustache, since the last
I saw of her.

Thomas: that's a postcard, Victorian advertising.

Anthony:

It's difficult to beat stamps on stamps, but that Gibraltar is fantastic.

The scanning on white background brings out the
printed stamp well, but a black background
is a must for ID of perfs and quality.

The Ceylon scan illustrates the initial
bust of Vicki engraved using the geographical centre of the head,
and it looks as if she is tipping forward.

My favourite is the 1882 1/2c black small queen (Canada Scott#34) but its been uploaded many times. One not seen here that often is Newfoundland's 24c blue Queen Victoria (Newfoundland Scott#31). She looks pretty perty in this image.
