Both those depend on how a collector thinks about how the back of the stamp is. In the US and Canada mostly people like the back to be nice and mistake-free. Mostly.
In other part of the world it is thought of differently in different places depending on what stamp and country's stamps.
For me, a mint stamp should have gum but a bit of extra ink on the back, a mistake of storage, is OK. If it was a mistake of the printing process at the printers then it is worth more. But this has to be a known issue with a particular stamp to be considered this way.
A thin is a bad thing. If it doesn't show on the front (which thins do not do anyway usually) then it May be OK for Some collectors. Some. However, most collectors would consider it a damaged stamp and the balue drops considerably, 10%-20% of catalogue maybe, if that. Some consider it garbage. Depends on the collector.
