In my quest for the Scott number of a specific US revenue stamp (RB12a) Tomiseksj (Steve) directed me to James Dire's site. In somewhat of an understated fashion James introduces the revenue topic with the following sentence.

Doesn't that just sooth the soul in some fashion for those of us wrestling with Scott catalogues?
