Hi,

I believe Mexico used granite paper on some of the Exporta issues. I am not sure about other issues.

The use of granite paper in older South Korean stamp issues was quite common as well. I'll upload some examples when I get some time later...the colored fibers in the paper really standout and are easy to see.
