Thanks Puzzler. I can not take any credit what-so-ever, that would belong to the Disney Pixar animators. Sometime this year I will finally get around to releasing a new Springpatch Local Post stamp themed around Route 66 for its 85th anniversary.

Did you crop it? Or are there multiple images floating out there?

There are multiple images online. Actually, I saved one with all 5 stamps stacked with 2 on top and 3 on the bottom. I then cropped out the other 4 leaving just McQueen and Mater. I am super excited about these stamps, CARS is one of my "new" favorite movies.

I have a Mater diecast car signed by Dean "Crazy Legs" Walker one of the Route 66 inspirations for Mater, a Fillmore signed by his Route 66 inspiration the late artist Bob Waldmire, and a Sheriff signed by his voice actor and Route 66 author Michael Wallis. I have a Sally set aside to have Dawn Welch the owner/cook of the Rock Cafe on Route 66 whom she is based upon to eventually be signed. One day I hope to get Larry the Cable Guy to sign a Mater also. As you can see I'm a bit obsessed, but its all for fun.
