Does this only occur when you are trying to upload a scan?
Which browser and browser version are you using?

The only way to get that message is if the file is huge. The file size must be 100Kb or under. You cannot upload a raw scan straight from your scanner.

Bobby or Rui will probably come by to help soon.
In the meantime, here is what I would check.

Are you sure the file you are tyring to upload is
less than 100K and it is a jpg format file?

If the file is ok,
then I would suspect the problem is with your browser
not understanding some part of the javascript code.

Make sure javascript is enabled in your browser.
Also I would make sure my browser is up-to-date.

Hope this helps! We would like to see your scans!
