It's not cut very straight on either side,
which makes me think it was probably not a machine cut.

Also if it was cut by a coil stamp dispensing machine badly out of register
there should be part of another stamp on the left side.

Probably it was caused by someone scissor-cutting stamps from a coil roll,
and not caring much about cutting through the perfs.

T360.. Tom, yes I noticed the slants in the cutting, not straight.

When I enlarged the original scan, you can see, that on the right side, the edge curves a bit toward the right, at the bottom portion of the stamp
