Rod, my wife was piling up a bunch of covers with C.E.P.T. cancels at his table so I leaned over and quietly asked if there was room to negotiate on his postcard prices and he said YES ! At he first table I went to there was a souvineer folder from the 1933 Century of Progress ..i asked how much and the man said 8 dollars (way too much) I asked if he could do better and he said No ! I quickly removed myself from that table for the rest of the show...
