Hi to all

This olympic stamp seems to have a re-entry.
Is this common?
If you enlarge the picture, you can see where the pole looks like it also has a zig zag effect and the re-entry is really noticeable around the athlete and the words USA
I have two others MNH and they do not show the re-entry

This is color mis-registration. Many of the U.S. stamps of the late 1970's and early 1980's have this problem.

Are The 1980 Olympic stamps more valuable used or Mint, as the USA did not compete in the 1980 Olympics I think?

Value is minimal. The stamps were issued in 1979 before the U.S. decided not to compete.
