Well my daughter, Emma, has just recently joined and my friend, triggersmob, got her started, so now as a dad with an interest in what she is doing I am now starting to collect stamps as well. It's always been something I wanted to do and always put it off for a better time.Guess what? Now is the time lol. Emma and I have decided I will collect stamps of Christmas, Aircraft and ships. My nick is my scout name and I have had it since 1994. It is common for Joey scout leaders to take names of the native animals and bandicoot was given to me by the leader that I took over from. Joeys are 6 & 7yr olds.

I think it's what is pictured in his avatar--bandicoot is a marsupial omnivore-it's bigger than our mouse (I think?) Anyway, it's a cute little thing--does it bite? Gussyboy1 |

Bandicoots rarely bite humans but they do have very sharp teeth and like most animals if you corner them, they will do what ever to survive. I have sat at camp sites in the evening while thay walk around your feet under the chair eating what you may drop like a chip or cookie crumb. Thanks for the replys from all of you. |

Welcome Bandicoot and Emma
What do you collect. This fall when crazy season is over at work I'll go through my spares. I love to share with new collectors.
