I have these three envelope stamps which are very similar to the 1906-37 perforated version (no ground underneath), but I have no catalog for World BOB (@%$**!!&&^%) so I could use some help. I know these are probably pretty mundane squares but it would still help me. Thanks in advance - Jeff

These cut squares are going to be in the same boat as the other items of postal stationery you've posted...hard to catalogue without access to the Higgings & Gage series. H&G is a 19-volume set, with France in Vol. 6 and India in Vol. 9. You can see how quickly it becomes daunting for us world-wide collectors.

Here is a site, in French, that has quite a bit of information on French postal stationery. Might be worth trolling around to see what you find...
