Is there a way to un-subscribe to a topic ?

When I went to post a reply to a topic, I hit the subscribe, in error,
and I am geting emails everytime a user posts to that topic

Bob,

Go to "My SCF" at the top of the page.
Click on "SCF Subscriptions"
Check the box of the topic you wish to unsubscribe.
Click on "Remove Checked Subsriptioons"

Suscription is now cancelled.
