Well, its been a month and a week or so and I'm finally done cataloguing my African stamp collection. Its been pretty long process but was very interesting and fun. I've come across these stamps which are not listed in my Scott's Catalogue which is from 2007, so I need your help. Maybe my catalogue is out of date so it would be great if you guys could help.
Please just list the Scott number if it is in the 2007 catalogue but if its later then please just list the topic, scott number and the value.

First is from the Republic of Cameroon. I think its stamp about devastation but it's not listed.

The second group are from the Republic of Congo. These are from 1999, but there was no section for them. I think they might be fake but I'm not too sure.

Next is from Comoros. It is supposed to be a back of the book stamp, but its not listed.

This is a stamp from Chad. I know there is a version of the stamp from either Dahomey or some where else (I forget) but I can't find the same in Chad.

This one is from Dahomey, but again I can't find them.

Togo is relatively good for finding and cataloguing but I can't find this one. They both might be from the same set.

This is one from Tanzania, but I can't find this one. It doesn't look like a stamp from me.

I know Dhufar is a Cinderella, but is this the truth or are they listing them in later catalogues.

These ones are from Sao Tome.

A whole sheet from Sao Tome

This one is from Somalia, but there is no listing for them.

The Republique du Congo (Brazzaville)
has no official listings in Gibbons after 1993
They become "appendix" stamps
ie issued beyond postal requirements.
(read: to solicit hard cash from collectors)

BTW good scans are important if you can supply them
we can pick up clues from the inscriptions,
some of your become just guessing and hope you can see
a similar image in the catalogue.

Yeah rod222, it is quite similar and beside like 22crows says I can find it on my Scott from the information provided. Thank you both for your help.

Does anyone know of about the others that 22crows and rod222 haven't answered yet?

Regarding your last two stamps, Somalia has been in civil war for over 15 years. Hence I would assume (I read something somewhere - sorry I can't be more specific) that these stamps are not genuine and there was no legitimate stamp issuing authority in Somalia during this time. Can anyone verify this?

The remaining "stamps", I think should be considered
"Phantasies"
I cannot find any record of Somalia after 1991
and Wiki does not mention anything postally under
communications.

The others equally suspicious, WWF is a common
thread amongst stamp label printers
(appear to be genuine) even the cancels have been
printed during production, so Cinderellas.

Just place them B.o.b. as "appendix" stamps
or cinderellas / phantasy stamps.

All stamps ID'd now.
