This is a blue 55 Bani stamp from Romania (I believe), and I don't think very old, but I don't have a catalog to cover BOB, so any help with a catalog number or near value would be very helpful. Thanks in advance - Jeff

I should say that is an image
of a "pre paid lettercard"
Specialists catalogue required.

didn't really feel thick enough for postcard, but thicker than aerogramme would that be about right for letter card? Thanks Rodd

My apologies Jeff,
I was daydreaming there,
I have been mounting Russia for the last three days
and my mind has been on all things Soviet.

I think your example may be pre paid envelope?
Your scan omits clues to form an opinion.
I am not sure if I have seen a Romanian lettercard

I have one example of Romania pre paid cover
The thickness you describe may point to an envelope/stationery.
