I was going to post this on my thread in US Covers that are chasing their recipients where I have posted some US and World stamps but US recipients, but this cover just shouted "world" It did have to chase its' recipient so maybe we will start a thread of world stamps chasing recipients, but there was so much more going on here. I can't read the Chinese, but I am betting on a postage due with the extra stamps, and then the US resealed stamp. This one sure went the extra mile. Can anyone decipher what this envelope actually did and how it got home? And with a Post Office strike of "Telephone Directory Searched Bellevue Branch Clerk" (signed ME)!
