Hi,

Is a shift like that is common?

The Synagogue picture is not equal to George Washington and TOURO is write TQURO.Letters g (Georges Washington) is different than normal.

Not easy to see but at right, 1 perforation is missing. There is a line in paper on top.

What cause a problem like that?
