Peru Revenues On Paper W/Chinese Cancel?

Forgot I had there. Two checks with Peru revenue stamps. Not sure if the Asian cancels are Chinese or not.

These stamps on the document are Chinese. I also see a stamp of the Chase Bank, Hong Kong, there which confirms it.

And the transfer is in US dollar, still very common in Peru today.
