Is is correct to assume this example must be a Type L-1 TS? It doesn't seem to fit the other examples known for that town. Is it unusual that this example has no horizontal bars or was that the standard for the Type L-1 TS?

Thanks. I assume that no bars were used on this type of precancel (for whatever reason).
