I am pretty sure this is India and with the overprint and post and receipt, it should be BOB, but I cannot find it. Can someone point me the way to a catalog number and near value. Thanks - Jeff

I don't know how Scott numbers its stamps, but that's an Official (Sarkari) overprint, SG O48. A 10p job, I'm afraid.

The 1 Anna is a happy hunting ground for shades, though, and none of them listed in any catalogue I know of:

In Scott, it is O48 when it has that overprint. Depending on exchange rates, it might be valued slightly higher, at $0.20.
