That was a nice find by the seller, especially with the Zeppelins.

I keep my eye out for estate sales, but no luck like that so far. Craigslist, AuctionZip.com and your local Pennysaver are good sources to find them. Sometimes I have better luck at antique stores and flea markets, but they tend to overcharge for cheap items. I did luck out about two years ago when I was able to land 12 years worth of complete mint State duck and other bird hunting stamps for a nice price from an outdoor antique sale.

That reminds me of an automotive swap meet I went to about 10 years ago, Battle. A seller had a complete collection of Unused Federal Duck stamps up through the 1980s for about $300. Unfortunately, my focus was on finding parts for my Mustang that weekend, so I never came back to make an offer. Missed opportunity ...
