Ever see one of these before? It was on a padded envelope coming from Whitman Publishing (the coin/stamp collecting book company) just today.

Not very collectible, I suppose, but interesting in that it seems to me this is a new low in the type of tiny labels now being used to mail parcels.

What next?

And that from a company that specializes in stamp collecting. Where are the stamps? That's just a bad as when Mystic sends something to you FedEx.
