Is there a guide book or a rule book to help newbies get a better idea of how to do this? I don't even know if I have come across an expensive stamp or not. If so I could pass it on. Kind of like pay it forward.

Gussy, being practically neighbors, (actully we are more like family than friends). I think I can speak up and say thank you. I know Laurita will share the book with us all and I am looking forward to taking a gander at it to tell if I want to order one for Gina and myself. |
