Nice stamp. Revenue stamps are not usually in the general Scott or other catalogues, just postal use stamps.
Having a written cancel makes it (most of the time except for very old) a revemue, or at times, a postage and revenue used for revenue. The pricing if such a one cannot be used from the Scott or other catalog as that is for postal use only. Revenue use is usually less.
The US are in the Scott US Specialized and other specialized country catalogues will have some but not all.
I think the catalogues made by Barefoot list revenues only. I do not have those.
I would myself keep it because of the hand writing and the size. Very impressive.
This is the lowest value (of about 25 values) of a series of revenues that started in 1875, all looking like this, in the same colors. There are another 25-30 in gray/red for the higher values.
(Translation, it is a ridiculously large set, probably fifty or more values?)
[edit: One of our members with a Forbin catalogue should be able to confirm more of this...values would be from 1915, though...]
Rod's fragment shows all the relevant information to answer this post. I only point out, for the archives, that the series runs for another nine or ten issues, continuing in .5 G steps, to 20 G. (all gris et rose [gray and red]).
