Roos are beautiful to look at and beautiful to spot, but they hurt your car when you hit them, and they will rip you to pieces if startled.

They also taste fabulous with a glass of red. My heart specialist recommended roo, and I haven't looked back. I'm afraid our beautiful national symbol makes it to my place at least once a week.

Must be cooked RARE, otherwise you could mend your shoes with it.....

Jubilee sounds like kangaroo has very little fat..like our white tail deer...when making ground meat from the deer people usually add a bit of beef fat for taste !!

It's the leanest meat we can get, which is why it's tough when overcooked. However, it is very tasty and gamey.

My cat enjoys her kangaroo. I think it brings on dreams of rampaging through the bush, leaping at kangaroos and rending them limb from limb, before she devours them.

Emu is interesting, too.

Thank you Phil
that is half decent of you.

No not a vegie, I still have meat
(of unknown origin) in the occaisional lasagne,
or pie, etc.
But it's been a decade since I have consumed
a still bleeding lump of steak.

I don't mind if others do, that's their choice
just don't like reading about it
