Will it not let you upload the photo to your reply? If it's too big and you don't have the ability to shrink it, I can probably help you out.

To upload to forum pic has to be below 90 or 100 kb.
Or just put a photobucket or similar link in your post.

use http://www.picresize.com/ to do this.

Or photo editing software of your own. Right click on photo file and choose properties to see file size.
