Hello From Sydney, Australia

Hi my name is Alex and I am relatively new to the hobby. I am a retired Science teacher and I have a very modest collection that seems to take an immodest amount of my day to have fun with.

I collect Australia, Birds and Whole World (as they come in kilo-ware etc.) Right now I am focusing on early GB (up to the DEC. Machins) and Brit. Commonwealth, where, IMO, some of the best looking stamps in the world are found; although I really like some early US and Canada issues and I can see a path in the future that will lead me there.
