Some great precancels I recently bought on eBay--I know, I know, I wasn't ever going to buy on there again, but they were great because two of those top ones are from New Athens, Illinois where my hubby was born and raised. So awesome! Thanks for letting me show them off!Gussyboy1  |

Where is New Athens? I am aware of Athens down the road from my hometown Williamsville in Central Illinois and just a stones throw from Springfield.
I am still looking for Illinois and Route 66 town precancels... |

I collect pre-cancels! Note my Avatar... KGVI pre-cancel from Canada.
I also collect precancels on the US Americana definitive issue, and on US Airs.

Richard, I was just looking at what you have posted and I noticed some are not only pre-cancels but they are also perfins, now I think that is cool seeing both in one. |

Nice blocks there Bryan. I see four from places I have either lived or worked in. If you ever decide to let some of them go please let me know I would be very interested in the Ashland and Youngstown, Ohio, Joplin, Mo. and Harrison, Ark. |
