The stamp has average centering and is faulty to boot. Such a stamp might be worth a few dollars. I wonder if it was kept because it might have a plate crack in the right margin. There is also what looks like a curl on his forhead and maybe a plate scratch just to the right of his nose. Those things could add value to the stamp to a specialist. Bill Weiss is a Blackjack specialist you might post it on the VSC for an opinion.

After a second look I think what I thought was a plate crack is just the edge of another cancel.

I like how you can see the edges of 2 others on the right and bottom. Neat.
