The "PL" indicates the stamp plate numbers, which can be seen on your scans on right & left side of the stamps, hidden in the design about half way up the stamp. Some plate numbers are very rare, yours are valued @ £7.50 & £11 respectively im my 1999 SG GB concise catalogue.
