This Paquebot cover is more than I thought. It is addressed to C. Lacombe (Camille) 1800 N. Fayette st. Syracuse, New York. It turns out he was the President of Chapter 4 of the Universal Stamp Association (USA) in Syracuse, N.Y. He was also the Sec. of the International Airmail Society.
