Hard to tell what you may have there. Appears uncancelled, but do they have original gum? Are they (or were they) hinged in an album? All of those variables will require an adjustment in value. (The exposed hinge leads me to believe there may be some perf separations that would detract from the overall multiple.) Based on my catalog, a block of 4 may have a 5% or 6% premium over the catalog value of (4) single stamps. A larger multiple may or may not command a slightly higher value, as most catalogs refer to that issue as a single stamp or in a block of 4 as the preferred collecting method.
