This has been precancel. The gum is intact. Is it a stamp or a cinderella and what country is it from?

It is the undenominated tab attached to the Czechoslovakian stamp SG1973, issued for the World Road Congress, 1971

This is a label/Gutter from a 1971 Czech issue that has been Cancelled-to-Order.

I'll find the stamp and scan it...if no one beats me to it !
