Scott's catalog used to have a section where they listed the "for the record" stamps that weren't official post stamps. I recycled my old 1989 set, and the current set I'm using doesn't have a list anymore.
Do any of you have a link to a place that documents these things? The UAE member countries used to have dozens of these.
