Duplex Cancel ID Help Needed

I came across what I believe is a duplex cancel while sorting. I haven't seen one with a name in the center of the killer before and after a internet search can not find any info on them.

I believe its a duplex because you can see the cds outline on the left. The name looks like westchester, but under magnification the st looks like B7. Any info would be a great help.

Thanks Russ. Is there a reason for the name in the center as opposed to a number like most duplex's I've seen

NY did this with some stations, Madison Square Garden is the wost common. I know that very few duplex killers have the station spelled out.
