these two Austrian Stamps, is one the Austrian Levant and the other has Porto, can anyone give me definite identities.

Horamkhet, stamps similar to yours on the right used in the Turkish Empire would have SLD in the shield instead of KR.

The cancel Brunn Stadt (city) is now called Brno in Czechoslovakia, and is the old capital of the Moravia region. Actually it has the Czech name at the bottom, with "mesto" meaning city.
