Rod222, a recent Stamp issue I purchased 120 stamps in different format, (sheet, packs, gutter 10). I asked the Manager why he counted every stamp and noted the total. He said "It counted as processed letters", even though he knows the stamps purchased were being put away. AP may not be so profitable in future years as collectors increase the postage use of these type of put away stamps.
I am still crying myself to sleep each night because I have to pay cash and not stamps for registered post and insurance that is not insurance.
The local PO has to train all workers about how to process an international post item with stamps already on the item by the mailer. It is so uncommon these days. How sad is that?
