Hi to all
I do not normally buy first day covers, but I thought that this for $2.00 was an interesting cover, only because it has a gutter pair of stamps which you rarely see on envelopes.

A beautiful error!

What you have here is Hermes carrying the rod of Asclepius (Medicine)
It really should be the Caduceus (2 snakes) being the staff
carried by Hermes.
