Hi to all

I have seen plenty of New Zealand Stamps with advertisements on the back but this is the first I have seen from Argentina.

Are they common.
Regards,

Errington & Martin were stamp dealers in London. Like many dealers a century or so ago, they put their stamp on the backs of (hopefully) low value stamps that passed through their hands, as a way of advertising. See http://www.stampboards.com/viewtopi...f=13&t=15473

I had never come across this dealer advertising before, but just now sorting an old collection I found an Errington & Martin ad on the back of an old Swedish official. The ad, in a rectangular border, reads "Stamp albums at all prices. Illustrated list gratis. Errington & Martin, London, N.E.
Would have been baffled as to why it was on a Swedish stamp if I hadn't read this post the other day!
