I've been searching what I can to determine what these stamps are. I noticed a gal posted one like what I have but no information on what it is. Can anyone tell me what these are?

the first one are offset to the low left - a rise of the outline can be seen in #1 where there should be some color.

second is an official seal I can't find anywhere - Dept Interior is return addy on the envelopes.

First I don't think is listed due to no postage value indicated. Just a fancy penality envelope. Bottom two I believe are regular postal stationary used by an agency, and should be found in th 20c range of regular postal stationary.

Item #1 is a Penalty Mail Envelope. It is not listed in the Scott catalog as it does not have a denomination. Scott catalog references that ...after July 5, 1884, "government offices began to use franked envelopes of varied designs. These indicate no denomination and lie beyond the scope of this Catalogue."

Items #2 and #3 with "The Great Seal of the United States" is an Embossed Envelope (Scott U602) issued on 06/15/1982. Used value is catalog minimum at $0.20.

Thanks! On the embossed great seals - if they are offset from center of the embossing does that make a difference? both are set to the low left a little.

I'm not aware of any varieties with respect to the embossing. Probably just an anomaly that may be classified as an oddity, but with no difference in monetary value. I would be inclined to keep those examples of the "Great Seal" envelopes more for the small town postmarks than anything else.
