2010 Scott Catalog Values are below. Unfortunately these souvenir sheets, although attractive, never appreciated much in value, because of the fact that they were issued in large quantities (just under 2 million of each were produced) and were intended primarily for sale to collectors. You seldom see any of the stamps torn apart and used as postage. Anyway, here are the MNH values:

Scott #1686 = $3.25 catalog value
Scott #1687 = $4.25 catalog value
Scott #1688 = $5.25 catalog value
Scott #1689 = $6.25 catalog value

The set usualy sells for between $5 and $10. (there is a slight premium if they are in the original envelope).

Got them MNH as singles, sheet and First Day Sheet Covers.
Not much value but they sure do loook good!

Thank you very much! I just love history and these just said take me home all over them. I only gave 6.00 for everything so I'm pumped! Your right too, I have yet to see the singles from this set on any kind of cover-ever! weird. Now all I need is #1694a and then I believe I'll finally have all of the declaration signing issues! '76 was a great time to be alive IMO and I remember always wanting these well before my philatelic days. Thank you.
