Just in case you can't decide which pubs to visit, I found this article from Stanley Gibbons.

Penny Black pubs
A survey by a national Sunday newspaper has revealed that there
are six pubs called 'Penny Black' in England. The Mail on Sunday
analysis of the 1000 most popular pub names in England shows that,
unsurprisingly, 'Red Lion' is the most popular with 518 so-named pubs.
In fact (according to Google) there are eight pubs named after the
iconic stamp as two more are named 'The Penny Black' which slipped
past the Mail's researchers.
For those who fancy a Penny Black pub crawl, the eight pubs are,
starting of course at Sir Rowland Hill's birthplace, Kidderminster,
then alphabetically, Bicester, Cheadle Hulme, Leatherhead, Ludlow,
Northwich, Sheffield, and Stockton-on-Tees. (Remember though,
don't drink and drive!)
And if you fancy a trip north of the border, there is a Penny Black
pub in Edinburgh, for a meal in London, there's a Penny Black
restaurant in Chelsea, and even further afield there's the Penny Black
Victorian London Pub in Singapore, not forgetting the Penny Black
restaurant in Rochester, Michigan.
But if one Penny Black isn't enough for you, there's the Penny
Blacks Bar in the Mailbox, a restaurant complex in Birmingham.

It's a great to see some of SCF faces! Nice to meet you all ..

Was just wondering, what would harm if each one of us posts a personal "photo" of him/herself?!

Since, most of us can't meet up in person, at least it would feel something like we exist as human beings!

Even we may create a new thread with such a "topic" ...

Well, I don't know if it had been suggested/posted before or whether it's a good or bad idea?!

I believe none of us works for the "Intelligence"!

Otherwise, you prefer "confidentiality" or being conservative due to personal reasons?

Anyway, I was just speaking out loud, so you may just drop it!

Cheers

Thank you ...

The thing is when I've clicked the link it gave an error message reading:

"There Was A Problem

Cheers

Londonbus1 glad to have you back, sorry you couldn't stay longer. And you know full well, I was there all the time (great title for a song) with you, visiting England. I had to leave you a couple of times for side trips to the castles, but most of the time I was there. - Jeff

I felt you were there Mr.Lovell...each and every time I looked at a Flag stamp, I felt it.

It was most comforting.
