Hello, Here is a 1977 Bangladeshcover with 2 handstamps. One reads Dacca Cantonment. I know this is this id Dhaka where the headquarters of the bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force are located. Does anyone know what the other handstamp on the left is for?
Thanks
David
