US 70B?

THE STAMP ON THE RIGHT COULD BE A 70B OR 70D, OF THE TWO THE STEEL BLUE IS MUCH MORE COMMON. YOU DO NOT COME ACROSS CERTIFIED COPIES OF 70D VERY OFTEN. THE LEFT STAMP LOOKS LIKE A LILAC SHADE TO ME; CANNOT BE MORE SPECIFIC THAN THAT. I THINK IT HIGHLY LIKELY THAT YOU MIGHT GET DIFFERENT OPINIONS ON THE SHADE FROM DIFFERENT EXPERTS. THE 24 CENT 1861 IS THE MOST CONTENTIOUS STAMP, AS FAR AS SHADES, IN MY OPINION.

Received my cert today from Bill Weiss for my 70b-- Steel Blue-- reperfed on the right and light diagonal creases lower right......but I spent all of $52 for both the 78b and 70b. Seller tossed in the margin copy 78b, and I didn't even notice the "Star of David" cancel.
