Although damaged, this stamp looks to be a Type 471 from Bellefonte, PA. Can anyone confirm? The precancel album pages that I have suggests that this may be at least a less common variety than the other precancels known for that community and given how off-center the precancel is, might it be even less common?

Confirmed! The $10 value is for a well centered cancel and stamp with no damage.

Thanks for the info. I didn't expect it would have any value damaged, but since I may have others, I at least wanted to know if this was the correct Type 471 to compare it to.
