Need A Catalog Value From The 2012 Scott Vol.1

I only ever buy the U.S. Specialized, which isn't out yet, but based on a sales listing I saw, I want to see if a certain stamp has jumped between the 2011 Specialized and the 2012 volume 1.

The stamp is R3a, the 2-cent proprietary, imperforate.
