I never heard of it. However, it has the RN B1 revenue stamp and its the smallest complete document I now have in my collection. The lottery was held to sell off various items of the Opera House, including the Opera House & grounds itself. The tickets were printed in 1866 with the lottery held on January 21, 1867. The opera hose was destroyed in the Chicago fire of 1871. At $5.00 a ticket the lottery netted nearly one million dollars.
