Can Anyone Attribute This Cancel (Walloon Issue)

I was wondering if anyone could attribute the cancel on this
5c stamp? I was wondering if it was a local cancel, town name,
old slogan, or... ????

Dave just won this stamp at auction, but the cancel has been
bugging me. It like I just quite can't nail down what it is
trying to say. I'm sure Dave would like to know too since the
stamp is headed his way very soon. Thanks!



It appears to me as:

HUNTER, OF LA.

HUNTER, _O FLA.

HUNTER(S) OF LA. would make some sense.
I just don't see an "S"... Looks like a comma.

It almost looks like there should be a letter
in front of the "O", which might make the "FLA."
run together and be a Florida cancel instead of
a Louisiana cancel... What do YOU see?

That has been driving me up a wall.
I am used to seeing states abbreviated with 2 or 3 letters,
so the idea that would be a "K" in there totally went over my head!
Mystery solved.
I thought for sure it was Florida or Louisiana.

Dave is going to see even more... I just noticed the crease in this one,
so I am sending it to him along with an extra if I can dig up a nicer one.

Okla, ahh. I was sure that k was an R when I looked at it, but that didn't make sense.
