The 4 cent W & T is also outstanding due to it's early date! If you think of how many printed cancels their are from the early period of the 1st issue, it furthers the scarcity of this one!

Unfortunately it is my belief that this happens all to often. I personally have been working on a book for over 5 years! I have invested MANY 1000's of hours into research! I am trying to get a proof copy ready by the end of the year. One of the problems is that as soon as I think I am ready, I find something new to add and then revamp and re-edit. I have shown partial copies to Eric and Rich (and others). Both, Eric and Rich want a few dozen copies without seeing a finished copy. So, as they say the saga continues!
