Red New York Cxl On GB Cover Pls Help Identify

HelloHere is a cover sent from Leeds to new York. It has a red New York cancel but I can't make out the rest of the nwords. Is anyone familiar with this cancel and able to fill in the rest of the words.

It appears that this was mailed from the Leeds PO office in London and went to the Liverpool office. The red cancellation is most likely a "rec'd" cancel in New York City. Then on to Elmira, NY which is lower tier, mid-state NY close to PA border.

Just did a little research. I think the red cancel is a New York Foreign Mail cancel
